MANUFACTURING REQUIREMENTS

(CD Audio, CD-ROM, DVD, Cassettes & Video Tapes)

We cannot begin to process your order(s) until the following listed items are received into our Corporate Office and approved.

• Approved Credit Application and an Indemnification Agreement Must Be On File.
  
  
• A Purchase Order / Manufacturing Order Form or letter which specifies: Project Title, Purchase Order Number, Selection Number, Order Quantity, Label Ink Colors (CD Face & On-Shell Printing), Packaging Instructions, Billing & Shipping Addresses and any other pertinent information or special instructions.
  
  
• Label Films or Artwork which conforms to our CD Label Specifications, Screen Print or Offset Print Requirements. (As listed on appropriate specification pages)
  
  
• Audio Source / Data Source Master or Video Source Material which conforms to our Manufacturing Specifications.
  
  
• Customer Supplied Printed Inserts or Packaging Materials: A Project Title, Selection # and Customer Purchase Order Number must be printed on all incoming cartons or pallets containing customer supplied materials. This is also used for inventory control of your materials. PLEASE PROVIDE 10% Overage above quantity ordered of Compact Disc, Cassettes, DVD’s, or Video Tapes. This allows for packaging automation setups or loss during insertion due to automation malfunction or spoilage etc. NOTE: All Inserts MUST conform to specifications. Any non-adherence to specifications will incur additional hand insertion charges or a possible delay in shipping of your project. Printed Materials Must ALL arrive at the same time. Please do not ship materials individually, unless advance approval from our Project Coordinator has been granted.
  
  
• All customer supplied materials MUST BE accompanied by a packing list that includes the following information: Project Title, Selection Number, Description of contents (i.e., Input Media--Production Master, Label Film, Booklets, Inlays, J-Cards, Packaging Materials, Special Inserts, etc..) Quantity of Each Item Supplied, Total Number of Cartons or Pallets, and Customer Service Representative (CSR). You will be given a Selection Number and CSR name when you place your order. FAILURE TO ENCLOSE A COMPLETE PACKING LIST MAY RESULT IN A HANDLING CHARGE AND / OR ORDER BEING DELAYED!
  
  

Please DO NOT Send Materials Until Receiving Permission From A Customer Service Representative and the address of where we want materials sent, ESPECIALLY DURING RUSH SEASON!

**CANCELLATION OF ORDERS IN PROCESS WILL INCUR CHARGES ACCORDING TO THE STAGE OF COMPLETION AT THE TIME OF CANCELLATION** ALL CANCELLATIONS OR PRODUCTION HOLDS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITTEN FORM (No Exceptions) VIA FAX AT: (440) 891-1277. New Age Multimedia Enterprises, Inc. will archive all production masters for six months from your order date. Any re-orders after the 6 months period will require additional charges to make new production masters or stampers.

New Age Multimedia Enterprises, Inc. WILL NOT manufacture orders containing materials which it considers to be obscene, libelous or otherwise unlawful, including materials which may be construed as pornographic or an invasion of privacy or a violation of the personal or proprietary rights of an individual. If during order processing, or manufacturing, New Age Multimedia discovers said materials, we will not complete the order. We will return any/all customer materials and bill the customer for time and materials used to that point in the manufacturing of the order. If a completed order is subsequently discovered to contain said materials, New Age Multimedia will pursue all available legal remedies to protect itself, its manufacturing facilities, and recover from the customer any damages, losses or charges suffered or incurred.
